All orders are shipped with USPS or UPS
Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled
Standard Processing time for hair is within 7-10 Business days (THE PROCESSING TIME IS HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR US TO PACKAGE YOUR ORDER AND SHIP IT OUT. THE PROCESSING TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE THE THE SHIPPING TIME)
If you refuse/abandon your package and it gets sent back to us, We will charge you a 15% fee from your refund amount.
No address changes can be made once your order has been placed . Please be sure to check that you have entered the correct address and included any extra information needed such as an apartment number.
To prevent fraud your billing and shipping address must be the same. If your billing and shipping adress do not match you may be asked to provide extra verification. If the extra verification isnt provided within two days your order will be cancelled.
We are not responsible for any lost items. If your tracking number states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you will have to file a claim with UPS or USPS.Once your package is received by USPS/UPS we are no longer responsible or liable for the delivery of them.We offer package protection at a extra cost during check out.It is automatically addded to your cart. If you chose to opt out of this protection & your package is lost or stolen you will not be able to get a refund. We will not be held responsilbe for any lost/stolen items after they have been shipped.

Refund/exchange policy
Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
There is a 10% fee on all refunds to cover merchant fees . If you receive your hair and decide that you want to return it for any reason you have 72 hours to do so. Once 72 hours have passed after receiving your order we will not be able to give you a refund .( THE HAIR MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION THAT IT WAS IN WHEN IT WAS SENT OUT ) YOUR REFUND WILL BE DENIED IF THE HAIR IS NOT IN ITS ORIGINAL STATE. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS ON HAIR THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN INSTALLED) Important Hair care tips are given to all customers . Its the customers responsibility to follow the hair care tips & take care of their hair.
If you are returning curly or wavy hair the hair cannot be combed through. The ties on the hair cannot be cut off.(NO REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED ON CLIP INS, TAPE INS, OR WIGS )
All customers are responsible for measuring their head. Sizing reference will be listed under all wigs to help you decide which size wig is best for you. Please be sure to read the frontal and wig size. If your wig is too big or small you won’t be able to exchange it.
